RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only in case the item is faulty or the wrong order was delivered.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and labels attached.

Customers are allowed to inspect the item upon delivery while the courier is present. Returns can only be requested if the courier is still at the door.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
